Hi folks,

As you are all likely aware, Andrew Wheeler – currently Acting Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency – has been nominated to formally take over the position. We have very strong concerns and oppose his nomination for numerous reasons, laid out in an opposition letter. Just a few of these include attempts to weaken pollution standards from vehicles to neurotoxins; failing to take action on toxic chemicals like methylene chloride and PFAS; and attacking the Clean Water Act. He has merely continued Pruitt’s assault on the environment, and shows no signs of changing course.
