The Families Belong Together Coalition, Center for Popular Democracy, MomsRising, Faith in Public Life, CASA, and others are partnering on a mobilization on March 6, the day Sec. Nielsen will be testifying -- we will packing the hearing room, storming the Capitol, and reminding Nielsen that families belong safe, together, and free. Together, we will demand accountability and stand up to the Trump administration's racist agenda.

Wednesday, March 6th: Nielsen Hearing DC Mobilization - Families Still Belong Together

• WHAT: Rally, hearing walkout, other actions to takeover Capitol Hill to re-introduce new family separation investigation, demand oversight, draw attention to re-emerging family separation, and stand up to Sec. Nielsen and the Trump Administration’s racist agenda. Families, children, doctors, lawyers, teachers, and advocates will stand as a united force against Trump’s ongoing family separations.

• WHERE: House side of the Capitol, exact location TBA

• WHEN: Wednesday, March 6, 9AM (10AM Hearing)

• Needs:

• Join us as a partner on the action

• Outreach to members of Congress for the press conference

• Recruit families and children for the action, particularly for the hearing

• Recruit members for the rally, action, and press conference
