I’m sure many of you have seen this, but a quick reminder to please consider
signing on to our letter in support of NOAA funding. The President has not released his budget proposal for Fiscal Year 2020, but Congress has of course gotten to work.
Last year, individuals and organizations across the nation signed a letter to raise their voices for NOAA and against proposed cuts – and Congress listened. We can repeat that success. Individuals and organizations are encouraged to sign on to this letter
in support of NOAA ocean funding,
using this form. Please also send the form to any of your colleagues that may be interested!
The letter is similar to letters we have circulated in years past supporting funding for NOAA at or above its current levels.
We hope you will consider signing on and showing your support for NOAA funding and programs. Email me if you have any questions. The deadline for signatures is close of business on
