The House convenes at noon on Monday, with
the usual collection of suspension bills beginning consideration that evening.

H.R. 1644, a net neutrality bill, will receive consideration under a rule this week. It’s possible that
H.R. 2021, a bill raising the budget caps, will also get a floor vote this week.
