Apologies for cross-postings.  As you know, Daniel Jorjani has been nominated as DOI Solicitor and has a confirmation hearing tomorrow in Senate Energy & Natural Resources.  A former general counsel for the Koch Brothers’ Freedom Partner Chamber of Commerce, Jorjani has historic conflicts of interest and is also the author of a number of legal opinions which have been used to justify the Department’s energy dominance agenda.
