As many of you have seen by now,
Earthjustice released thousands of pages of Interior Department memos and e-mails illustrating the Trump administration’s dangerous practices of withholding information from the public and subjecting document releases to political screens. We posted a Twitter

These document releases are especially timely given DoI solicitor nominee Daniel Jorjani’s statements to Congress during his confirmation hearings. During those hearings, Jorjani testified that he does not review
FOIAs or make determinations on information released to the public. The documents we’ve produced show otherwise. Sample social on this release is available below:
