Hi all –
As folks may have seen, the New York Times ran a piece about the Trump administration’s attempts to censor research and continue Scott Pruitt’s anti-science legacy at the Environmental Protection Agency. Please see some sample social
guidance to respond to this latest attack on science below, including promotion for a House Science Committee hearing on this topic happening tomorrow at 10 am ET. CAC will monitor that hearing and release social guidance on key statements from members.
Feel free to adjust any of this guidance to best fit the voice and priorities of your organization. If you’re planning to live tweet or otherwise monitor the hearing tomorrow, please let me know so we can be sure to include your posts in
our update emails. Please reach out to me with any questions!
Thanks,
Marcy
