Today, near Columbus Circle/Union Station, Clean Water Action will be carolling--with songs such as “All I Want For Christmas Is Funding for LWCF” and “McConnell the Red-Nosed Reindeer”--on the urgent need to fully fund LWCF and displaying a giant stocking full of “coal” that the Senate will receive if they fail to protect public lands this holiday season. They will also be giving away hot chocolate outside of Union Station along with marshmallows that feature U.S. Senators’ faces including Mitch McConnell, Cory Gardner, Martha McSally, and Steve Daines to remind them that Senate inaction puts our public lands in hot water.

Please use the social guidance below to amplify this event and urge Congress to secure full and permanent funding for LWCF.
