Thursday at 3 PM the Environment subcommittee of Oversight is holding a hearing on "Current Economic Effects of Climate Change and the Costs of Inaction."
Senate Floor Activity

The Senate convenes at 3 PM on Monday, with a 5:30 PM cloture vote on the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) conference agreement.

Final passage of the NDAA may not occur until Wednesday, depending on how much further objection remains by certain members.

NDAA and appropriations (the aforementioned forthcoming appropriations agreement) are likely to take up most of the week, though it's typical for an end-of-year nominations agreement to be reached whereby a number of nominees are cleared by both parties.

Tuesday at 9:30 AM the Environment & Public Works committee is voting on S. 3051, the "America's Conservation Act," as well as Robert Feitel for IG of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Tuesday at 10 AM the Energy & Natural Resources committee is holding a hearing on the nomination of Lanny Erdos for Director of the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement.

Thursday at 9:30 AM the Energy & Natural Resources committee is holding a hearing "to Examine the Impacts of Wildfire on Electric Grid Reliability."
