Talking Point: Donald Trump’s 2017 executive order rewrote the standards for measuring the social cost of carbon -- the cost of pollution on our communities.
Without the social cost of carbon, it is hard to determine what the long-term costs are to our communities, including costs from negative health impacts and climate-fueled extreme heather.
