Hi all,

CAC and CDP will be continuing to provide content for our 50-day push to highlight the health and environmental rollbacks of the Trump administration. Despite the Coronavirus crisis, the administration is continuing to operate as normal and proceeding with the rulemaking process to rollback vital safeguards. Because of that, we will continue to provide content for groups planning to continue to engage.

This week, LCV is sponsoring these tweets. Below, you will find general social guidance to amplify these rollbacks, as well as a tweet from LCV to amplify. Attached is a graphic highlighting today’s rollback.

If you have any questions, or if your organization would like to take the lead on a specific rollback, please reach out to: digicommsCAC@sevenletter.com

Rollback Specific Social Content:

Talking Point: Much of the industry is opposed to rolling back the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) because they are already in compliance. In fact, the power industry has invested about $18 billion in cleaning up these dangerous and deadly pollutants and is already meeting the standards.
