- On Monday, Rep. John Lewis will lie in state in the Capital Rotunda, with a memorial followed by a public viewing later Monday and Tuesday.
House Floor Activity
- The House convenes at 9 AM on Monday, with a pair of suspension bills up for consideration in the morning.
- The House will not be in session on Tuesday.
- Wednesday through the rest of the week will be spent on wrapping up some of last week's legislation, along with H.R. 7617, the second minibus containing all remaining bills except for Legislative Branch.
- The Rules committee is meeting Tuesday at 11 AM the determine which amendments will be made in order. What with 7 total bills the number of potential amendments is quite high.
- Thursday votes are postponed until 6:30 PM for Thursday.
- Last votes on Friday could be late in the afternoon or evening.

Tuesday at 11 AM the Environment subcommittee of Energy & Commerce is holding a hearing titled "There's Something in the Water: Reforming Our Nation's Drinking Water Standards."

Tuesday at 2 PM the Select Committee on the Climate Crisis is holding a hearing on "Solving the Climate Crisis; Building a Vibrant and Just Clean Energy Economy."

Senate Floor Activity
- The Senate convenes at 4 PM on Monday, with a 5:30 PM cloture vote on the nomination of William Scott Hardy for US District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
- McConnell has filed cloture on several further nominees, including another judge, Dana Wade at HUD, and two NLRB members.
- Senate Republicans are (again) expected to introduce their initial proposal for the next round of COVID relief early this week (as early as Monday).
