Hey folk -- if this has gone around on the list, please forgive me... but Kamala Harris has released a really excellent report on managing an international managed decline of fossil fuels. Apparently she released it as part of her Presidential bid but it didn't get much traction then, and now that she's our VP nominee it's the subject of a Columbia Earth Institute post.

Given all the fuss over phasing out fossil fuel subsidies this week, IMO it's important to lift up the voices of those in leadership when they are doing the right thing.
