Bumping this up for folks. Despite the short turnaround, we have nearly 50 groups already. Let's get that number even higher! Please consider signing your organization on before Monday, March 8 at 1pm ET / 10am PT:

Subject: SIGN ON: Support the PRO Act and the Right to Organize

** DEADLINE: Monday, March 8 at 1pm ET / 10am PT **

Apologies for cross-posting and the short turnaround, but we want to show strong support from environmental groups for the PRO Act, which would make common-sense changes to existing law to enable workers who want to organize and form unions to do so. It would penalize corporations that break the law, limit tactics used to intimidate workers, help workers who organize secure timely collective bargaining agreements and institute a number of changes to better enable workers to act in solidarity with one another. The vote could happen as soon as Tuesday, March 9, hence the rapid turnaround.

This is the same bill (and letter) as last session. I've included a list of the groups that signed in 2020 below my signature. Please consider adding your organization, and send any questions my way. Thanks!
