On Tuesday at 10 AM the Financial Services committee is holding a hearing on "Building Back a Better, More Equitable Housing Infrastructure for America: Oversight of the Department of Housing and Urban Development."
On Tuesday at 3 PM the National Parks subcommittee of Natural Resources is holding an oversight hearing on "Examining the Potential for a Civilian Climate Corps."
On Wednesday at 10 AM the Conservation subcommittee of Agriculture is holding a hearing on "The U.S. Wood Products Industry: Facilitating the Post COVID-19 Recovery."
On Wednesday at 10 AM the Environment subcommittee of Science is holding a hearing on "Silent Killer: The Rising Problem of Extreme Heat in the U.S."

Senate Floor Activity

The Senate convenes at 3 PM on Monday, with a 5:30 PM confirmation vote for Tiffany Cunningham for US Circuit Judge for the Federal Circuit.
There are two other nominations pending, including that of Jennifer Ann Abruzzo for General Counsel of the NLRB.
Sen. Schumer has announced that he will be filing cloture on a legislative vehicle for the bipartisan infrastructure bill, meaning a Wednesday cloture vote on the motion to proceed. It remains unclear whether this motion will receive 60 votes, or for that matter whether there will be legislative text of the proposal completed this week.
Sen. Schumer has also set a tentative deadline of Wednesday for the details of the Senate Budget Resolution, though it's unlikely we will see floor activity on it this week.

The Senate Armed Services committee is holding subcommittee and full committee markups of its National Defense Authorization Act this week, though nearly all of it is closed to the public.
On Tuesday at 10 AM the Banking, Housing & Urban Affairs Committee is holding a hearing on "21st Century Communities: Climate Change, Resilience, and Reinsurance."
On Wednesday at 2 PM the East Asia subcommittee of Foreign Affairs is holding a hearing on "Combatting Climate Change in East Asia and the Pacific."
On Wednesday at 10 AM the Chemical Safety subcommittee of Environment & Public Works is holding a hearing on "Examining Current Issues Adversely Affecting Environmental Justice Populations."
