Legislation under a rule includes H.R. 5665, the Combating International Islamophobia Act, an as-yet-unintroduced bill extending the debt limit, and a contempt resolution against Mark Meadows.
Last vote timing is unclear, though it sounds the House is hoping to finish up early.

House Committee Activity

On Thursday at 12 PM the House Administration committee is holding a hearing on "Oversight of the Smithsonian Institution: Protecting Smithsonian Facilities and Collections Against Climate Change."

Senate Floor Activity

The Senate convenes at 3 PM on Monday, with a 5:30 PM cloture vote for Lucy Koh on the Ninth Circuit.
Cloture to concur to the House-passed pre-conferenced NDAA is also pending, as well another judgeship.
The Senate is likely to also pass a debt limit bill this week - ideally by Dec. 15th, according to Sen. Schumer.
The Build Back Better reconciliation bill is continuing its way through the parliamentarian's office, though whether that will get finished this week (and the bill becomes ready for the floor) remains unclear.
