Hi everyone,

Please consider signing on to the community letter below, supporting the confirmation of Richard Revesz to lead the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs at OMB. Deadline to sign on is Friday, 9/23 COB.

Having a strong ally as head of OIRA is critical, and we believe it will help speed and smooth OIRA and OMB's reviews of the many public health and climate regulations that pass through this office and agency. And, with the Senate HSGA committee gearing up for a hearing on Revesz next week, this is the moment to voice our support.

Please let Carol Andress at EDF (candress@edf.org) know if your organization can sign the letter below, or if you have questions. Deadline to sign is COB Friday 9/23.

Thank you!! Rose

Dear Chairman Peters and Senator Portman,

On behalf of millions of members in all 50 states, the organizations listed below urge you to swiftly confirm the nomination of Richard Revesz to serve as Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.

Richard Revesz is Dean Emeritus of New York University School of Law and Director of the American Law Institute. Richard was born in Argentina, immigrated to the United States at 17 to pursue engineering studies at Princeton and MIT, and learned English as a second language.
