Advocacy Clinic | The Appropriations Process: A Deeper Dive

This deeper dive is intended for people actively working in the federal appropriations process.

Please join the NRDC, League of Conservation Voters, Defenders of Wildlife, and the Combined Defense Project for the second of a two-part series to enhance your advocacy in the federal appropriations process. In this session, former House parliamentarian Kyle Jones of NRDC provides a deeper view of the ins and outs of this must-pass legislation that determines the funding levels of the agencies charged with protecting the health of our communities and the environment.

This session will go into the details of the approps process, such as how to draft base text and amendments to achieve your advocacy goals. It is not an introductory course, and is intended for people who actively work in the approps process.

Please register for this clinic below and feel free to share this opportunity within your networks.
