WASHINGTON, D.C. On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 9:45 AM ET, U.S. Senator Tom Carper (D-Del.), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, will hold a business meeting immediately followed by an oversight hearing to examine stakeholder perspectives on improving coordination, predictability and efficiency in the environmental review and permitting process to support a clean energy transition.
