Please join the Environmental Working Group, Democracy Green, Earthjustice, and the Waterkeeper Alliance, in voicing your opposition to legislative proposals that would weaken Superfund liability for PFAS.  Such legislation represents another injustice for communities already harmed by PFAS.  Superfund is designed to hold polluters accountable, and categorical exemptions for certain industries are unjustified and unwise.  Tell Congress to take a stand for those harmed by polluters and resist proposals that undermine Superfund liability.
