We’d like to bring your attention to a new op-ed on the benefits of the clean energy tax credits in the Inflation Reduction Act. Yvonne Cooney is a homeowner and resident of Eureka, California. In this Times Standard op-ed, Yvonne talks about how the clean energy tax credits in the Inflation Reduction Act makes rooftop solar more affordable, and how rooftop solar and home battery units are a game changer for resiliency in her rural community that regularly experiences wildfire and earthquake power outages.
