Hi all,

On behalf of Earthjustice, Natural Resources Defense Council, Ocean Defense Initiative, Oceana, and Sierra Club, we are seeking sign on to a letter asking the Biden administration and the National Marine Fisheries Service to put in place a “blanket 4(d) rule” under the ESA to ensure default protections for species listed as threatened by NMFS. With the ESA’s 50^th anniversary coming up in two months, this is a common-sense step they can take to improve the implementation of the ESA and fight the biodiversity crisis.
