We invite your organization to sign onto this letter that provides some critical details that we urge DOE to incorporate as they update the studies that feed into the public interest determination criteria. Read the letter here.

The letter thanks Secretary Granholm and DOE for the pause on LNG export applications, and urges DOE to better consider climate, environmental justice, and economic impacts in their updated analysis and ultimately consider denying LNG export applications as they are not in the public interest.
