Apologies for the cross-posting, but as you know Senators Manchin and Barrasso released legislation this week that will lock in fossil fuel development under the guise of “permitting reform.” The legislation is a sweeping giveaway to the fossil fuel industry at a time when a swift and equitable transition to a clean energy economy is needed.

The bill was just introduced this week and is quickly moving to mark-up next Wednesday, so we need sign-ons as soon as possible, but no later than close of business Monday, July 27.
