Hi there,

As the November 5th election and its aftermath approach, it is more important than ever before that environmental organizations are ready to join other civic groups in standing up to protect our democracy and preserve the integrity of our elections. After all, sustaining the nation’s commitment to democratic values is fundamental to our organizations’ missions to protect the environment. The Partnership Project has been working with the Green Democracy Table to provide resources and connections to help organizations do as much as possible.

Resources for Organizations:
1. The Partnership Project's Guide to Countering Attempts to Sabotage the 2024 Election (https://partnershipproject.org/countering-election-sabotage/) is packed with 501(c)(3) compliant resources and options for organizations that want to help stand up for democracy and prevent sabotage, before the election and after.

2. Organizations and activists can sign up for a "Post-Election Mobilization and Nov. 7 "Meeting the Moment" Virtual Event" on Nov 7, hosted by MoveOn, Indivisible, Working Families Party, Public Citizen, ACLU and many more, to get the latest information regarding protecting the integrity of the election and to find out how to connect to state-level discussions: (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf61VMwWE2bPjGfhG4QyGtxvQ_nT4yB1g09VC3_zxV6d69m4w/viewform.)
NOTE this event is not intended for the general public, but will inform efforts to keep the public updated and engaged.

Post-election volunteer opportunities in key states:
Organizers in several states are asking for help with critical post-election canvass monitoring and certification roles, which you can let your organization's members/volunteers know about. The Election Sabotage Response Network maintains an updated list of states, their needs and how to plug in here. (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_wsP43W0-nyIHYXpLkPZxLo19oe3vetDYYdB5gTqQMA/edit?tab=t.0.)  Critical states and links to get connected are listed below.
