I am highlighting a recent action by EDF because we've been stressing this need on the 9.05 call. The negotiations on the 302b allocations are happening now -- a decision can occur as soon as this week.

Please ask your CEO [and grasstops] to call the targets in Clarence's letter ASAP. Certainly, you will decide on exactly what the ask is, but we must push for the strongest allocations possible.

If you have the bandwidth, then here is the larger list of targets:

[Key Targets]
Leadership | Schumer, Pelosi, Hoyer, Durbin
Tier #1 | Udall, Lowey, and Leahy
Tier #2 |  Van Hollen, Schatz, Kilmer, Pingree, Lowey, Manchin, Tester, Baldwin, Collins, Alexander, McCollum, Simpson

FYI. In light of the recent budget caps deal, EDF Action sent a letter yesterday to Appropriators asking for a ten percentage increase in the 302(b) allocation for Interior-Environment to restore funding for the EPA.
