As you may have heard, this week the House is taking up the SENSE Act on the floor (along with a couple of other bad air bills). While the House has voted on this before back in 2016, the version most recently marked up had some significant changes. As such, we’ve rewritten the letter and are doing a quick round of sign-on in advance of the floor vote.
