Hi Everyone,
Apologies for cross-posting. LCV pushing a short graphic video to both highlight Senator Sheldon Whitehouse’s “Time to Wake Up” climate speeches and call on supporters to urge Congress to act on climate change.
We’d love some help in promoting the video on social media in the lead up to the senator’s 200th climate speech.
*Please note that the video needs to be downloaded from the google video file and then uploaded to social media.
Later today, Sen. Whitehouse will be delivering his 200th speech, and several of his senate colleagues will be joining him in giving floor speeches to call for action. The speeches should start after final votes around 5pm, and go until
7:30pm or so.
LCV will be live-tweeting the floor speeches from our handle @LCVoters. Stay tuned for a follow up email with live-updates from the speeches that highlight compelling quotes and social to retweet.
