For additional background on the language referring to the expected fire related increase in Interior and Environment: There’s an expected $500 mill plus up that will be reflected in the 302(b) for this year (even though the deal doesn’t kick in until ’20 part of the deal was to increase suppression in FY’19), so the point of this language is that we’re asking for an increased 302(b) and just plussing it up for the increased fire suppression doesn’t count… It needs to be increased in addition to the fire suppression funding.
