Happy Friday!

We are planning to resend the letter, originally sent for the House FY19 Energy & Water bill, that opposes the Clean Water Rule rider being included in the Energy & Water minibus that the House will take up next week. We have added a line urging members to support the Beyer amendment that would strike the rider, but otherwise, the letter remains the same.
