Hi everyone,

The House is set to vote on a minibus approps package next week that includes the Energy and Water, Military Construction and VA, and Legislative Branch Appropriations Acts. (HR 5895). I’ve updated the opposition letter we sent to the committee opposing the E&W bill to reflect the updated situation. Trying to force through harmful riders by making this a minibus is unacceptable and should be opposed. The letter makes this point while making clear we don’t have a position on the Milcon/VA and Leg Branch sections. Other than that the letter is substantively the same as the one sent to committee. Hopefully, I’ve managed to thread the needle on this.
