Subject: TODAY: SIXTH ANNIVERSARY OF DACA!!!

Hi everybody,

Today is the SIXTH anniversary of the announcement of DACA!

Today we celebrate the victory of immigrant youth when in June 15 of 2012, after hard and long battles, the program that would protect hundreds of thousands from deportation was first presented to our community.

And while the program has been attacked by Trump, together we’ve protected immigrant youth and ensured they can still renew. That is the reason for which today we are calling on allies and our own community to spread the information available for those who could renew their DACA. We need those who can renew, to do so as soon as possible to ensure they continue to be protected.

FIND HERE our toolkit with sample tweets to:

  • Spread DACA Renewals information,

  • Encourage DACA recipients to tell us the story of how their life has changed after DACA,

  • And links to our DACA renewal fund to ensure we can help those who do not have the money at hand when their renewal time comes along.

Uplift all of these items through your organizations and help us get the word out for renewals on the SIXTH anniversary of DACA!
