On behalf of EDF, Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families, the Center for Environmental Health and EWG, I’m writing to ask groups to sign on to this letter calling on Administrator Pruitt and EPA to ban the toxic chemical trichloroethylene, or TCE.

In the final months of the Obama administration, EPA recommended banning TCE in vapor degreasing, aerosol degreasing and spot cleaning products. It is contaminating water sources and military bases across the country and is known to cause cancer, birth defects and other serious health issues.
