The House Natural Resources Committee is expected to hold a markup* next week on the bipartisan SAVE Right Whales Act (H.R. 1568<https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/1568/text?q=%7B%22search%22%3A%5B%22H.R.+1568%22%5D%7D&r=1&s=1>)-vital legislation to support the recovery of the critically endangered North Atlantic right whale. Please join us in supporting this important bill by signing onto the attached letter.

Without action, the North Atlantic right whale could be effectively extinct within our lifetime. The SAVE Right Whales Act would support the recovery of this iconic species by providing a sustained source of federal funding to address the two greatest threats to right whales: entanglement and ship strikes.
