Attached for group sign-on is a letter in support of the Arctic Refuge Protection Act (S. 2461<https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/senate-bill/2461?q=%7B%22search%22%3A%5B%22S.+2461%22%5D%7D&s=1&r=1>), which was introduced last week by Senators Markey, Cantwell, Udall, Carper, Schumer and Bennet.

This critical legislation would help save the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge-its Indigenous people, fragile climate, and imperiled wildlife-from irreversible harm, by designating the Refuge's coastal plain as wilderness. S. 2461 is the Senate companion to H.R. 1146, the Arctic Refuge protection bill that passed on the House floor last Thursday.
