Fossil fuel corporations continue to drill wells and construct
pipelines during the pandemic. Kinder Morgan is both the largest
driller of new wells in Texas and the owner of a pipeline that
contaminated drinking water wells during construction. New oil well
construction requires the use of PPE like respirators that are in
short supply in Texas and round the country. While some companies have
made donations of PPE or funds, Kinder Morgan has not.
