We are working with the larger coalition to create a general analysis that encompasses everything. However, I will say that the leaked document does not get much detail so it is very hard to know exactly what is meant in most instances and it would take an incredible amount of work to go down every possible avenue. Any analysis on specific issues you guys are concerned about is helpful though. The plan is to do a deeper analysis when/if we see something more detailed from the administration. We're flagging that 'additional revenue' would likely come from additional fossil fuel development on federal lands. Then, if we were to call against additional fossil fuel expansion, we could be framed as trying to cut off money for infrastructure. Bad news! They talk about minimum equity requirements from private or non-profit sources and the federal government getting revenue from the deal if it goes well. It’s not clear exactly what all that means, but we assume fossil fuel projects could get some of this money.
