Hi folks,

Attached is a sign-on letter opposing Senator Flake's "Western Water Infrastructure and Drought Resilience Act" (S. 2563<https://www.flake.senate.gov/public/_cache/files/f5c9989a-ea2c-4dc0-812f-d54c1005fc08/s.-2563.pdf>), which is receiving a hearing in Senate ENR<https://www.energy.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/hearings-and-business-meetings?ID=BD361A33-33E4-4DC2-98C0-1B4D7D21AFF2> this Thursday (3/22).

As outlined in the letter, Flake's bill threatens to undermine critical state and federal environmental laws, including the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act, which protect fishing jobs, water quality, water supply, and the environment.
