As a reminder, this is letter opposes Senator Flake's "Western Water Infrastructure and Drought Resilience Act" (S. 2563<https://www.flake.senate.gov/public/_cache/files/f5c9989a-ea2c-4dc0-812f-d54c1005fc08/s.-2563.pdf>), which threatens to undermine critical state and federal environmental laws, including the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act. Flake's bill is receiving a hearing in Senate ENR<https://www.energy.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/hearings-and-business-meetings?ID=BD361A33-33E4-4DC2-98C0-1B4D7D21AFF2> on Thursday. Attached is a revised version of the letter, which incorporates a few small changes to strengthen the connection with the fishing community.
