Hi folks,

Next week the House is set to vote on H.R. 3281, a harmful Reclamation title transfer bill. As outlined in the attached letter, H.R. 3281 would limit Congressional oversight over proposed transfers, undermine NEPA protections, eliminate consultation under Section 7 of the ESA for major dams and diversion facilities, and potentially cheat taxpayers out of hundreds of millions of dollars.
